ChatHPT is a chat platform where you talk to real humans, not AI. We provide the infrastructure, the humans provide themselves.
Keep your account info accurate. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatHPT.
Don't use ChatHPT for harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or spam. Be the kind of person you'd want to chat with.
Your messages are yours. By using ChatHPT, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the service — including for research and AI training. We believe human conversations have lasting value, and this license helps us preserve and build on that. We won't sell your content to third parties.
ChatHPT is provided as-is. We do our best, but humans are humans — we can't guarantee uptime, message delivery, or the quality of conversations.
We're not liable for what other users say or do. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, which is currently nothing.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Continued use of ChatHPT after changes means you accept the new terms.
